Xara Webstyle is provided under the following license agreement which defines what you may do with the product and contains limitations on warranties and/or remedies.
Please read these conditions before using the Xara Webstyle software ('The Software'). If you use the Software you agree to become bound by these conditions. If you do not wish to do so, do not use the Software.
If you are using the trial version of the Software then any rights to use the Software or images created with it terminates with the expiration of the trial period.

This license grants you the right to install and use the Software on a single client computer at a time and by a single user at a time subject to the restrictions listed below and the disclaimer relating to warranties, support and damages.
1. Disclaimer: The Software is provided on an "as is" basis, without any other warranties, or conditions, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantable quality, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, or those arising by law, statute, usage of trade or course of dealing. The entire risk as to the results and performance of the Product is assumed by you. Neither we nor our dealers or suppliers shall have any liability to you or any other person or entity for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages whatsoever, including but not limited to loss of revenue or profit, lost or damaged data or other commercial or economic loss, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages or they are foreseeable; or for claims by a third party. You may have other rights which vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction.
2. Restrictions: This license gives you the right to use the Software but all rights not specifically mentioned in this agreement, including ownership rights, intellectual property rights, trademarks and copyright, are reserved by Xara Ltd or its licensors. You may not decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble or otherwise reduce the Software to a human perceivable form. You may not modify, rent or resell for profit the Software, or create derivative works based upon the Software. Any reproduction of the Software is prohibited.
3. Graphics created with Xara Webstyle: This license gives you the right to use images created with this software with the following limitations:
The original, unaltered template graphics and the bundled fonts cannot be redistributed, sold or published in any form, commercial or otherwise.
In the case where Javascript and/or HTML is created as part of a NavBar you cannot remove any copyright information from within the script, nor can you separate the script from the graphic elements.
Graphics created from the templates cannot be redistributed, sold or published in any form, commercial or otherwise, as a collection or part of a collection of images, specifically but not exclusively they cannot be included in template, clip-art, font, background texture or photo collections whether on web sites or distributed on electronic media such as CDs or disks, nor can they be included as part of another product.
You may not use the images for any purpose which is prohibited by law.
Haxton Logos, Geotype, Greek Diner, Russel Write, and Whimsy fonts are provided by kind permission of Gary Bouton and remain ⌐ Gary Bouton, see theboutons.com . Other fonts are provided by third parties who retain the copyright. In all cases copyright is reserved by Xara or its licensors and is protected by international copyright law.
